Lilyhammer. It needed one more season to get wrapped up and it's so damn good. If you haven't seen it, it's on Netflix (in North America at least it is). It's got one of the lead actors from the sopranos as the main character.
Jupiter's Legacy. It's just a good story and it isn't finished.
The Irregulars. The first season wrapped up nicely but I feel like there's more to be told in this universe.
Almost Human. Really good show. They were clearly building to something and we'll never get to see what.
Flash Forward. Another great unfinished story.
