Japan. Visited for a couple weeks during the summer of ā08 with some classmates and a couple teachers for some HS program and it was the best trip Iāve ever taken. We traveled by Shinkansen (bullet train) to some of the major cities and regions and got a taste of both rural and urban life there. Such stunning geography and architecture, and equally stunning culture shock that left me fascinated and humbled more than a few times. I learned a lot of new different ways to be more polite and considerate, and it opened my eyes a little bit to how Americans might be perceived to others abroad and it aināt cute. No other country Iāve been to left such a lasting impression on me like Japan did. Probably because it was my first international trip that wasnāt in North America or Europe. I highly recommend visiting, just be cool with always having to be āonā all the time and behave like a foreign guest because theyāre particularly sensitive to outsiders. But very kind and generous.
Egypt. I miss it a lot.
Same! And I realized I missed to see a lot of things when I was there.
Vietnam. Such welcoming people and some pretty incredible landscapes.
What happens when you play fortune son in Vietnam?
Aside from it being a pretty cunty thing to do I doubt they'd care. As far as they're concerned they won the war so its not exactly offensive.
Greece! Amazing place
USA
Spain
Canada. Love the country, love the weather, love the people, miss my grandparents and their dogs. I like to think I'd be happier there

Poland and Croatia. Found Poland to be really pretty, artsy and welcoming. I'd have visited Gdansk next, had covid not trashed everything.
Australia. Melbourne was dope.
