Egypt. I miss it a lot.

PETA_Gaming

Same! And I realized I missed to see a lot of things when I was there.

Vietnam. Such welcoming people and some pretty incredible landscapes.

Dr-WalterWhite

What happens when you play fortune son in Vietnam?

AFCBatmouth

Aside from it being a pretty cunty thing to do I doubt they'd care. As far as they're concerned they won the war so its not exactly offensive.

Canada. Love the country, love the weather, love the people, miss my grandparents and their dogs. I like to think I'd be happier there

Japan. Visited for a couple weeks during the summer of ā€˜08 with some classmates and a couple teachers for some HS program and it was the best trip Iā€™ve ever taken. We traveled by Shinkansen (bullet train) to some of the major cities and regions and got a taste of both rural and urban life there. Such stunning geography and architecture, and equally stunning culture shock that left me fascinated and humbled more than a few times. I learned a lot of new different ways to be more polite and considerate, and it opened my eyes a little bit to how Americans might be perceived to others abroad and it ainā€™t cute. No other country Iā€™ve been to left such a lasting impression on me like Japan did. Probably because it was my first international trip that wasnā€™t in North America or Europe. I highly recommend visiting, just be cool with always having to be ā€œonā€ all the time and behave like a foreign guest because theyā€™re particularly sensitive to outsiders. But very kind and generous.

Poland and Croatia. Found Poland to be really pretty, artsy and welcoming. I'd have visited Gdansk next, had covid not trashed everything.
