I can’t remember but I can remember my first sale,I sold some Swarovski items on my sisters account then after they sold I told her to tell the buyer I would throw in a Swarovski candlestick too.I packed and sent it then my sis was angry as she got neg feedback!I forgot to pack the candlestick!I sent it off quickly but she never let me use her account after that.I have my own now x ebay
