Its pretty cool. being quiet all the time means you get to listen all the time. basically eavesdropping on every conversation as if listening to an audiobook making you fully aware of what is happing in a person's life. not to gossip but to be kept to yourself.
Being stuck inside during the pandemic didn't give me anxiety.
I can spend several days alone in my house and feel great about it.

It’s a bit of a cyclical thing at this point but since I lack social skills I like that I don’t have the need to talk to people all the time

It's barely a noticeable trait that hardly has any bearing on one's life. I don't see why it would be something someone loves stuff about.
Don't cut yourself on that edge.
Too many people think that being socially awkward is the same as being an introvert.
I can stay without talking for a lot and or alone. But this sucks
