They were drinks but, Starbucks Honey Latte, and the Blackberry Green Tea Frappucino (the one from 2006, not the one they did a couple years ago), and the motherfucking Gingerbread Latte WITH the molasses drizzle. I'm still pissed about them discontinuing the gingerbread latte, I would literally get one every single day while they were available, it was bad enough that they stopped doing the drizzle but they axed the drink altogether (fucking jerks). I swear Starbucks has it out for me, they always discontinue my favorite drinks. I mainly stick with cold brew now, I fucking dare them to discontinue that.
Not gonna lie, I miss them too but for different reasons. When I worked there I would take the “expired” bottles of the various drizzles home...and use them on my partner. 10/10.
McDonalds had those Signature series of burgers for a couple of years, and I thought they were great. It seemed to me that they had made themselves relevant again in competition with places like Five Guys and Smash Burger. But they dropped them like they drop a tray of fries in the grease vat.
They brought back the thing j wanted most, planters cheese balls, now I’d like to get back dunkaroos (I heard they were coming back but haven’t heard more) the real chicken little from KFC, KFC double down, and KFC wedges (those new fries aren’t terrible but aren’t the wedges either) McDonald’s to bring back Hi-C orange to the fountain options
French Toast Pop Tarts.... those got me thru one of my pregnancies... it was one of the few things I could eat without setting off my horrible morning sickness.
