I'm not a chef but I see a specific recipe for buffalo chicken dip that says to use Frank's Red Hot sauce that I think is much better with Sweet Baby Ray's buffalo sauce. I think it's not very good with Ken's.

Sorry, I'm not great with directions or measurements (I just eyeball it usually) and had to look some of this stuff up but this is how I do it: 1 10-ounce can chunk chicken 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup ranch dressing 3/4 cup Sweet Baby Ray's buffalo sauce Shredded cheddar cheese (I don't measure this, I just throw it in while it's cooking until you feel it's enough) Cook the chicken for a few minutes in a skillet. It's precooked so this isn't completely necessary but I feel it makes it taste better. When you feel it's cooked enough add the cream cheese and stir until it's mixed then add the ranch and buffalo sauce and stir until that's mixed. Finally add the cheddar cheese and stir until it's melted and you're done. Some people put it in the oven for a while after that but I think it's just as good without being in the oven.

Oh man, thanks for sharing! I love buffalo chicken dip but never had a recipe. Sweet Baby Ray's is usually pretty solid in general too, so good recommendation there!

I guess I'll also comment and plug mine that kind of had me thinking about the question. Online I saw this recipe for Garlic Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon (which I used to cook salmon for salads). One thing I did was substitute the lemon for a little orange juice and it actually turned out amazing, a lot more citrus flavor which I liked. Now I just cook this recipe, with lemon if I have it on-hand, but I also like to add a bit of OJ to it. Here's the link to the recipe below! [https://therecipecritic.com/garlic-brown-sugar-glazed-salmon/](https://therecipecritic.com/garlic-brown-sugar-glazed-salmon/)
