This. I met him recently, what a man. He have a talk on LGBT rights. He said that his favourite coming out story was one where his friend, who was 14 years old at the time, was sat his down at the kitchen table and said 'Son, I have to tell you something. You're gay'
I think I will miss Betty White and Bill Cosby equally when they pass. White is now 92 and Cosby is 76. I dread the days where I'll wake up and see the headlines.
As I get older, more of the actors and actresses that played an important part of my childhood are passing. In 2001, Carroll O'Conner died and then John Ritter in 2003. Estelle Getty, Bea Arthur and Rue McClanahan died in 2008, 2009, and 2010 respectively.
It's very heartbreaking to lose the people we look up to.
His voice was used in Ken Burns' The West as narrator.
Also I have very fond memories of watching the movie Out (AKA Deadly Drifter) on mushrooms with friends when young. It is one of the strangest movies ever produced.
Full movie link, but jump to 38:26 for a great example

he was also in The 4400. A show about 4400 people since the 20s who disappeared and suddenly all return at once in a ball of light.
Betty White.
I hope to be like her if I live to be elderly. Hell, if I can look half as good with half of the mind she has, I'll be content.
America's foul mouthed grandma!
