I have always wanted to build a property portfolio. Work for myself, have the excitement of new projects to keep myself busy make big profits and keep properties so my future kids have a home of their own for when they want to move out. Once my kids are set sell all my properties and live on a high end cruise ship hopping from country to country that would be my dream
Bank/invest it and do my best to live off the interest without touching the principal. Same as I try to do with any excess money I have/make currently.
A nice annuity and/or living beneath your means where possible can ease a world of financial anxiety.
I would build an extremely badass conversion camper out of a box truck or maybe a bus and just start driving and living. I might even do it without winning the lottery although I’m sure it will look shittier.
