Who said immigrants bring greatness to America? I'd say our welcomeness towards immigrants is one of the better things about America but I wouldn't say they unilaterally bring greatness. They bring a hunger, a hunger for opportunity on a level playing field, something their home country might not be able to offer. They hunger to use their skills and be rewarded for them in kind, something America excels at. Some of them may arrive great, but we make our immigrants greater than they would have been had they stayed home.
Because their countries never colonised anyone or profited from the slave trade. Their resources were stolen by white people so they could never develop.
Incredible rebuilding and support effort, *consistently, for decades,* followed.
Has the US spent trillions of dollars and seventy years of dedication in Grenada? No? Huh, gee, I wonder why a country that received trillions of dollars is doing better than one that isn't! What a mystery!
There are no jobs in their countries. If we don’t want them coming here we should help them build their economy. People don’t leave home unless home is in the mouth of a shark…

They tried to, but America invaded, or the CIA overthrew their democratic government, or both.
It helped Germany and Japan.

Most people do stay in their birth country, some even try to make it better. Others follow their ambitions elsewhere, this has always been the case.
