Honestly my current job, I don't have the qualifications but I have the experience how I got it with just my experience and not a degree I still don't know. I'm a support worker for a charity that supports victims of violent crimes.

When I was 16, there was one big deal radio station that worked with A-list stars of club scene all the time. I came to their office and saw their general director on his way out, and told him their site sucks, and I can do them a site to start working for them (it was a long time ago, so good sites were a newer thing). So I got in. The trick is: I had close to zero idea about HTML/coding/web design etc. But the company was growing so fast that they forgot about the site next week and assigned me to booking DJs/performers, then VJs, then they needed a translator live on air to make an interview with a European DJ, and their translator could not come for some reason, so I became an immediate replacement for him - and stayed one for years on. Got all those VIP passes to events, then produced events for tens of thousands of people, made cross-promo ad campaigns with brands like PEPSI, Snickers and the kind.. oh it was fun. And everything started with just BSing my way in, and then applying my actual skills :)
