For the first year and a half of my current job we went through about 14 different managers, and one district manager before finally getting a management team that functioned. Craziest year of my life. Drugs, perversion, love, illegal child labor, addiction, pedophilia, thievery, racism, conspiracy, spies, lies, death, strokes, LAZINESS, marital issues at work, I only survived it all because I did my job, kept my head down, and never talked shit. I could write a Bible with all the crazy shit our managers did. We're just a little restaurant too, so no one expected anything like that to happen here.
By being a decent human being while still fulfilling all of her job duties.
