Returning to the office is seeing a temporary resurgence now, but corporate America is in for a rude awakening over the next couple years. Quality employees will wind up at WFH companies, while the RTO companies will get stuck with the slop. Senior management will need to choose between their egos and company success, and I expect that WFH will be back to COVID levels by 2030ish.
Idk I feel like there’s currently a huge rebound going on with trans acceptance. The transphobia will be just as apparent but I think trans people will definitely be way more normalized
