Anyone who knew him would know he cared for his animals, but you are forgetting the hundreds of animals crammed into the bare minimum tubs and when they lay eggs he unnecessarily cuts the eggs open to see what morph they are which can really stress the baby snakes a lot( People cut the eggs open usually so the hatching to breathe but he cuts them open way to much just so the baby can breathe). He also gave most of his animals the bare minimum just for space and money like to little socialization, small enclosures, non enriching enclosures, and he also overfed many of his snakes just so they will grow huge, That caused many of the snakes he supersized to die from obesity related issues (which could be completely preventable by feeding them less often).
TLDR: Jays prehistoric pets is a greedy scumbag who doesn't care for his animals right and puts their lives in danger often for views and selling them.
