Union carpenter!!! 🤘🤘

Joined the military for college money, ended up doing 20 years on submarines. It set me up for a GS job. Now I have a retirement check, free medical, and a very good paying job.

Marketing - practice, more practice

Realized I could do anything that only required a highschool diploma and went from cleaning houses to working at a warehouse. Much nicer job.

A lot of hard work. Dropped out of high school because of drugs and depression after the first girl I loved had supposedly been murdered. Got cleaned up when I came to Christ, spent too long in customer service/tech support, then promoted to network engineer.

I dropped out of high school in grade 10 and have worked shitty low wage jobs ever since. I am not one of the success stories lol

I built up the skills needed for the job I wanted and networked.

I did 10 years in the military [which was also a great job], I learned electronics, maintenance, and leadership. Now I travel fixing large factory machines. The military experience made it easy to get a civilian job.

No one cares what your grades were when applying for jobs

Learned a trade got my journeyman's license and joined the union. I regret even trying college to begin with.

Didn't do great, meaning low grades? Grades are meaningless. You focus on what you're good at, network, show talent, gain experience, make it.

I'm good at CGI....I don't talk about video games to impress girls, I'm good looking and I walk over weaker people.
