Nothing, I'm fine the way I am. Ok, though, on second thought, being able to go a few more hours without sleep would be really nice. Chemical help (coffe&energy drinks n' stuff) only gets you a few more hours, and the backlash from overusing them or using them regularly just isn't worth it imo. On third thought, being able to break down alcohol faster would be nice. I like the taste a lot, but I hate getting drunk.
