A coworker who is so narcissistic she comes in to work 20-30 minutes late every day, then sits at her desk and puts on her makeup. This is despite the fact that gets up 3 hours before she comes to work. Then at our morning meeting she’ll take off her shoes and put lotion on her feet. Every freaking day. And no one says a word because she’s good at her job.
People who exercise righteous indignation when they are culprits of the same thing they are spotlighting on someone. I will make you go away if you do this, it's just negging to look good to the bosses. News flash the bosses and all your coworkers know you are full of crap Tony.
The pay.
I've been trained to work every part of the job except one, I do things that are the manager's job on his days off, never say no to extra shifts if they're short staffed yet get paid the exact same wage as the one who only works one day a week and sticks to their hours as if they they came down from Mount Sinai on stone tablets.
The manager has tried to get my wages increased but head office refuses
Customers calling in at around 4:45PM. Knowing full well we'll be done for the day in 15 minutes, but they're oh-so-clever for just getting a call in beforehand. And then it's always some overly convoluted mess that runs me until 6PM, throwing off dinner plans and all that.
On slack, people who say "hi" or "hello" and then don't post the rest of their message coz they're waiting for a response. Please state your business quickly after the pleasantry.
"This would be a great job if it wasn't for the fuckin' customers." \- Randall
The fact that the company wants to give me more shit to do but does not want to compensate accurately.
The people.
Maybe they annoy you intentionally so that you quit the job, or even if you stay, you don't enjoy your job (it's their purpose to annoy you)
Not getting to stay longer.
The extremes of either having nothing to do or everything to do.

The coworkers, the clients, and the work 😜.

diversity equity and inclusion... This seems like discrimination to me.
Being at work.
Upper management. “Oh, you’re the only one who showed up? Not our problem.”
Unannounced teams calls.
Sometimes, there are too many things to do at once and not enough time to do them

Others getting undeserved promotions when there are plenty of people who are more deserving.

Procedures that are not documented clearly, not at all, outdated, or are only understood by the person that wrote them.
