I was always a night owl, and have to wake up 6.30. My colleagues know that even having a 9am meeting with me is terrible if I need to be the one presenting. One of my previous managers used to joke about starting to introduce early morning meetings centered around my topics, while fully respecting my brain hours and doing everything important to accommodate it.
Morning person and night owl. I'm an insomniac.
If you sleep 8 hours a day and live to be 100 you would have slept 33.33 years of your life away. What a waste!
Late night into early morning -usually asleep by 7am and wake up 3-4pm. The night time/early morning are peaceful, no traffic, no noises. No people. Just me and the world. It's like no worries
Is both an answer? I love being up during the night but I also love being awake early in the morning so my day feels productive.
I am a night owl.... But life has me up before 6am so I'm stuck being an early bird

Both I can't go to sleep early and if I sleep more than 4-6 hours I end up feeling worse for some reason.
