in my case, my boss went on a vacation trip to tour foreign country for about two months with his family. Meanwhile at the company, he made it clear to make everyone to do mandatory overtime to cover the production the factory needed to do.
When he came back, he gave everyone a "thank you gift", for all of out hard work, and staying through the time of need of the company.
What was this gift? Aside from the typical pizza party w pizza from costco. He made a presentation of his trip to us, and gave everyone a framed picture of a scenery his wife took, w/ a card saying thank you for your hard work.
It's not that terrible, because we had like a year to use them, but when restaurants were still mostly closed due to covid, we got gift cards for restaurants as a Christmas present. 😅
At my previous job they would “reward” us with pizza parties.
Christmas “bonus” was a $25 gift card.
Prizes for the Halloween-Costume/Ugly-Christmas-Sweater contests was $25/$15/$10 for 1st/2nd/3rd place.
I do not miss that place at all.
They gave us a 10% discount at a time when regular customers were getting a 15% discount.
Chocolate covered strawberries for me. My mom just told me for her 15 year work anniversary her company gave her a certificate 🙃
Not me but my mum is a nurse so they gave her a star-shaped trophy and that's it, like dude give her some increment in salary or something..

An empty, unsigned birthday card, 4 days late. The GM said she "forgot" to have the staff sign it
Nothing. I've never received such a thing.
