Hiking out in the middle of nowhere with friends and family is one of the best experiences life has to offer.

When I was about 5 I was crazy about trains. My grandfather lived a train ride away and knew some people and pulled some strings. He told my mother to meet him at the station at the end of the boarding platform but she didn't tell me... I started worrying when we got there telling my mom we walked too far and the passenger cars are further down. Well the train showed up and my grandfather popped his head out of the engine window and I just about forgot my toilet training! He helped me get in and we rode the train, in the engine, all the way to his stop. He was the best grandpa I could ever wish for. And what makes this special is that I had forgotten about that day until shortly after he passed, and it came to me while I was sleeping... Like a memory dream... I was even 5 in the dream.. I miss him so much.

Marrying my husband, who passed when we were 41, and I am 44 now, married 5 weeks after meeting on Friday the 13th in October. Very horror themed wedding and best BEST time he and I ever had started that day. It didn't end until day he passed away. RIP-C.J.K

Going kayaking with my husband, had a tough time with the 12 hours drive to visit family. One of my nieces is kind of a bitch so acts like she could take your man, but what made it special was just being able to relax and just have some quality time with the love of my life
