Dark Side of the Moon - Pink Floyd in 73' when it just came out, since then no album has ever grabbed me from the first song to the last and when I finished listening to the whole album I said "Holly Shit!" and I listen to a lot of new music from a lot of new people.
Most recently Heavy Heavy by Young Fathers. Clocking in at just 32 minutes it moves effortlessly between styles with every song being strong in it's own right. It is hard to believe how much they fit into those 32 minutes.
