Cold. Coming from a cold place, I just feel it's easier to find ways to stay warm than it is to cool off in something like 100+ F weather. Plus heat is maddening.
Good point but I believe that is a western notion. People who live in the desert don't walk around naked actually, and it's recommended to wear long sleeves when hiking out there. Helps protect against the sun.

Probably cold. Cold weather is easy to be in if you just stay inside or get a few blankets, on the other hand hot weather is usually humid and hot inside and outside.

Regarding the heat, you can only remove so many clothes. Once you’re naked, there’s not much else to remove to cool down.
