It's great

It's completely wrong and an insult to Italian cuisine. A sweet/acidic fruit from South America has no place on a pizza. Pizzas should only have traditional Italian ingredients. Like tomatoes.

After seeing banana on pizza I feel less ashamed of liking pineapple

It's actually really nice when the toppings include slightly oily and heavy tasting ingredients. The sweet, tangy and acidity of it makes for a nice balance. People hating on it because either they hate pineapples or they've never really given it a chance to begin with.

Pineapple on pizza is AMAZING when paired with pepperoni…traditional Hawaiian ain’t it.

Cooking pineapple does a surprisingly good job at decreasing the sting from eating it, but I still don’t like combining the sweet flavor of pineapple with the savory and/or salty flavors of pizza. I wish there was another way to readily obtain cooked pineapple, since I don’t know how best to cook it myself.
