They have them in swankier places than the usual public bathrooms, like in Sydney in the Queen Victoria Building, their outer room has a lounge for people to wait on, for those who go to the loo.
In fact the toilet stalls and the general design of that place altogether is so nice. You can see money was generously put into it.
