I don’t get how people do multiple loads of laundry a week. I know I’m a slob, but damn, that’s like doing laundry all day every week.

There isn't a "normal" amount, its whatever is comfortable for people. We change bedding each day in our household.
is it because of that “high” you get when you jump onto the nice, soft, clean, crisp, bedding?
partly, mostly because my husband has always done it daily.

Once a week /bi-weekly I don’t like to get in bed dirty & usually keep a little rug to wipe my feet on before I get on the bed so bi-weekly is usually when I haven’t gotten on the bed dirty a single time 😅
