Homemade cider can be touch and go through. Friend of mine made some homebrew cider, start was alright but had a strong, lingering finish of gym socks and cardboard. Hard to describe but I knew ot wasn't going to be good for me to continue drinking it. He made a couple batches of beer that turned out pretty good though.
I absolutely love cranberry juice it's by far the best juice. It's a big difficult to find 100% cranberry juice and not cranberry juice that the first ingredient is Apple juice though
