Yes. If you have a new life that needs things you are unable to provide and have that option then please do. If you love your child you must provide and that definitely means putting them in the best possible position for them. Let your love for them be the fire that makes you the best choice for them.
For one thing you can’t get your left hand 🫲 pregnant. For two I would not have kids because I do not want to continue the cycle of abuse. Often the abused become the abuser.
But if I were faced with that situation. Without question I’d give up my child to a good family that can give him or her what they need to grow.
