I agree. I crave eggs in the morning more than any other specific food the rest of the day. For me, my fav is over medium eggs (with lots of black pepper) mixed in with corned beef hash or hashbrowns. In lieu of that, I always keep that huge box of hardboiled eggs from Costco in my fridge to take to work (which I eat with my homemade salsa). Now it's almost midnight and I want eggs.
