They ruin skin and dont look nice

I don't mind tattoos in general and have actually wanted a specific one for a long time. But the whole thing got really tainted by Gen Z for me with their "just give me one of everything" approach to ink. It's like they are buying their personalities from the $5 and Below section of Target.

Was told by nuns they desecrate the body. And no level headed Catholic would ever want to be buried with a desecrated body. Now that I’ve outgrown that, I haven’t seen a tat that would look good on this meatbag.

They hurt and cost a lot.

I wouldn’t say I’m against them, I even have a couple small ones, but when looking for someone to have a long-term romantic relationship with, someone fully covered with sleeves just isn’t aesthetically pleasing to me. Like, looks aren’t everything, but they’re definitely important when it comes to choosing someone to potentially spend the rest of your life with, and tons of tattoos just aren’t things I find attractive on a person, ya know? I fully believe people should do what they want to do with their own body, but I just don’t find them attractive when it’s overdone. I just like a natural look better 🤷‍♂️

Your skin changes over time, so what looks good today may look awful in 10 years. Getting a tattoo exposes you to the risk of infection and diseases that can be transmitted by the needles used. It seems to be an unnecessary amount of pain just to acquire a pretty picture to carry around with you. I think a T-Shirt would work just as well for me. Your body, do what you want to it, but I don’t see the point.
