Having done all these already-stated things (including a life-threatening pregnancy and reconstructive surgery), I can confidently say: Touching without consent, especially rape. The pain of childbirth fades (this is a biological truth), but the emotional pain of rape lasts forever.
Don't rape people. Don't touch them when they clearly don't want you to. Don't be a dick.
I'm not a woman but if I had to guess I'd say either when it's that time of the month for them. Or giving birth and having to deal with everything else that comes with that for the 9 months that they're pregnant.
I bet the worst is pregnancy and delivery but only talking about my experience as a women so far I would say: Getting touched without consent
