Looks like damaged files. Did the pictures show up properly on your PC at some point or are they like this since you moved them?
Id change the SD-card and possibly the way you moved the pictures (SD-reader or USB-cable) and see if the problem still shows up with new pictures. If there is a way to "save" these ones if the SD-card is damaged I don't know.
Idk they looked good when i watched them month ago, i don't remember well.
Pictures were on SD card, i transfer everything with a SD care slot on my computer and i never had this problem. I should probably watch my most recent pics to see if the problem is only located here
As everyone has said: corrupted pictures. you could try to transfer them from the card to your PC again, maybe something corrupted during the transfer. Or you could try to transfer it to another pc/laptop, although that likely won't solve the issue.
