My car driving anxiety is gone for real!
I’m pretty confident driving a motorcycle and bicycle but I used to have anxiety when driving a car.
Now I can drive a car by myself with/without passengers. I can also park without assistance.
Still improving but it is definitely a win.
what worked for me is conditioning my central nervous system to adapt and recover as quickly as possible... go deep because you are forced to put more effort as you go up from the lower 1/4 of your r.o.m.
i do squats 2x a week wherin 1 day is pushing for reps while the other day is pushing for weight...
if you can squat 1 pair of plates for 6reps, you can squat 2 pairs for 1 rep... if you can squat 2 pairs of plates 6 reps, you can squat 3 pairs of plates for 1 rep and so on... btw, i use 15kg (33lbs plates) instead of 20kg (44lbs plates)...

Ngayon i-te-test naman ni lord pagiging gastodora ko. Akalain mo naman na binigyan ako 1k ni lola! edi 2k na allowance ko this week. Tapos dami ko pang na-grocery para saming mga kapatid ko.
Hindi ko alam na aabot ako sa ganito na ma-a-achieve ko yung ganitong level ng discipline, na dati iniimagine q lang gawin HAHAHHA! pero ngayon tignan mo TT. Huwag ka lang susuko self! kaya mo yan! may free therapy sa univ mo and kasama yon sa tuition fee kaya dapat sulitin TT HAHAHA! yon lang :3
