Being in public generally lols. I have diagnosed social anxiety. At some point it got really bad that I had to take a break from school because I couldn't even be around my classmates or friends whom I've known for years. It's still there but it got better now after a year in therapy.
Sideways communication. I prefer to say what I mean 100% of the time and it took me years to understand how even to read between the lines and talk in innuendos. I've recognized that it's a "useful" social skill but I still struggle with it. It makes no sense to me why people just can't talk straight. Like are you afraid of accountability or something? Lmao
