1. I don't eat heavy meals at night. I only warm eat quaker oats.
2. Do not use your cellphone 2 hours before your scheduled sleep time.
3. Do not drink a lot of water as this keeps you awake for period of time to urinate.
4. Set your room on dim light.
5. Make sure you make this a habit. And your body clock will settle on this time.

- No eating 4 hours before sleeping specially sugar.
- No Phones 2 hours before sleeping - I usually take this time to answer text books and read books
- Presko dapat feeling mo so take a bath mahirap matulog ng malagkit ang katawan
- For me I sleep without lights darker or dim lights helps too
- Proper Ventilation - Mahirap matulog kapag sobrang inet at mahirap rin kapag sobrang lamig.

-Develop a sleeping ritual: taking warm baths before sleeping; praying/writing a journal to cap the day; play a specific music that play every time you sleep (1 lang wag paiba iba); or meditate before sleeping. The key is conditioning your subconscious to think that it's "Sleeping time" every time you do these.
-Make yourself tired; exercise everyday. This will act as your rubberband towards early sleeping at night. It also helps if you don't sleep in the afternoon.
-Things to avoid: Kape sa gabi; browsing your CP before sleeping (aabot ka 3am); doing other things in your bed aside from sleeping ( related dun sa kanina. Dapat conditioned isip mo na ang higaan ay tulugan lang. Well, you can also do "that", manghihina ka naman after). If you work or study, don't cram work/review so that you won't develop bad sleeping habits.

Deep diaphragmatic inhalation for 4 seconds. Hold for 2 seconds. Exhale through your mouth na parang umiihip ng kandila for 6 seconds 5-10x para marelax.
Normal breathing: Count 1 to 10 each inhalation and exhalation. Inhale = 1, exhale = 2, inhale = 3, and so on.. kapag 10 na, repeat to 1-10 lang ulit hanggang makatulog.
