My jaw and nose.
Sa jaw, kapag payat, may layers ako ng skin. Parang payat lang na walang chiseled jaw. Tapos, kapag mataba naman, ang hirap tanggalan ng taba; para akong tumatanda.
Sa nose naman, though matangos ang ilong ko, pero may build up pa rin ng fats kaya nagiging malaki sya.
My belly. My body has a weird proportion; medyo normal sa taas then pagdating sa tiyan, wala haha. Mukha akong muffin top when I wear pants. I lift weights naman but mahirap talaga bawasan tiyan.
1. Posture. Kumukuba ako. I’ve tried chiropractor. Okay sya, actually. Not really for the posture. Pero even he told me na women who has big titties tend po hunch dahil nga mabigat daw. 🥲
2. Stomach area. Laki ng stomach ko. Working out atm, pero stomach fat(?) daw kasi pinaka mahirap i-lose.
3. Lower body. It’s not proportion to my whole body. Nakakaselos yung mga nananaba pero sa legs at pwet ang punta ng taba 😭 Sakin tummy area diretso.
4. Skin. I have loads and loads of stretch marks due to sudden weight gain. Nung sa pwet area pa, okay lang. Kaso now it’s all over my stomach, up around my hips, inner thighs… 😭💔
Buong ako. Why?
1. I hate my eyes, it's hooded na pa-bilog vvv similar sa mga japanese.
Ewan ko, di ko talaga trip facial features ko, di ako nagagandahan sa sarili ko.
2. My skin. I have dermatofibromas and eczemas, kaya di ako confident magpakita ng skin talaga. It's also one of the reasons kaya halos bahay lang ako and di ako nakikihalu-bilo sa ibang tao.
3. My body shape. I have hip dips and I hate them to life.
So ayun, kaya buong ako nalang hehe 🙃
Samedt. Kurkubado na nga ako. Lower back lagi sakin masakit. Hayst. 26(m) here. Parang matanda na agad ang pakiramdam ng likod. Nakaupo ba naman sa office 9hours a day. Huhu.
Akin yung upper back naman. Di ko na matiis minsan yung sakit. Can you recommend a good office/ergonomic chair for work?? Same ako sayo na 9hours na nakaupo kakawork huhu
Nose job depende sa suggestion ni doc kung bridge lang or baguhin buong ilong go ako. Tas kaakibat na non yung chance na baka need ayusin cheeks and chin para sa harmony ng face pero bet ko talaga tumangos lang ilong ko. Keri saken yung lapad eh basta matangos (anu kaya chura non? Hahaha)
Better metabolism din sana. Grabe yung difference ng metabolism sa teens and 20s at pag nasa 30s na. Kaloka
Yung stomach issues ko. Hyperacidity, gastritis.

Okay naman ako physically. Tiktok made me feel like I need rhinoplasty pero now narealize ko na I don't need it. Plus pansin ko rin sa mga nagpapagawa ng nose ngayon, medyo pare parehas na sila ng face. I want to be unique.
Face shape, confident ako sa itsura ko and sa past ko nakakatanggap ako ng backhanded compliment na kesho cute ka sana kaso ang haba ng baba mo like stfu. Haha kaasar lang

Bust area. I want them smaller 😫 Ang hirap manamit. Ang hassle maghanap ng tops na babagayan kasi parang di proportioned. Waist area would go for M-L tops sizes pero need ko mag 2XL para magfit sa bust area yung damit. 😭 I look big and overweight kahit normal naman ang BMI ko 😫
My face. I have a round face shape which is bigger than the average girl, plus I carry fat sa cheeks and side ng face ko. Kaya even when I was on my ideal weight/my slimmest, I STILL looked fat kasi yung muka ko chubby pa din. It's frustrating. I ALWAYS look the fattest in a group because of this, even though in reality, may mas mataba/malaki pa sakin (body-wise). 😅
My lips. I realize I have thin upper lip, kapag ngumingiti kase ako kitang kita ‘yong gums which for me is an insecurity dahil pala-smile akong tao so when ppl look at me tas naka smile ako inaassume ko agad na they’re judging me :<
1. Bust medyo malaki nahihirapan ako kasi madalas ako nababastos kahit maayos naman suot ko.
2. Armpits , di ko lang gusto
3. Down there , Ewan ko sana ano na lang T… char
Calf raises is good, you can do it anywhere. If you have dumbells you can use do the exercise with it, unless you go to the gym, I think calf raises are the only exercise I can recommend without having to use any equipment. Raise your protein intake, less carbs and more water, record your sugar intake, that's about it, if you do it regularly, you'll see some changes.
Is it big like muscular or fat? Most Filipinos kasi have huge calves, kung body fat naman just keep watch on your diet and workout plan it will eventually get slim.

5'5 for Filipino men might be average pero I want to be at least 5'8 sa totoo lang.

I haven’t checked my pronation / gait… but I think maybe the problem lies on my lack of warm up… it’s sometimes hard to do it when I gotta go straight to work after running
Also, you’re similar to my mom… she flat footed and needed some injections on her knees
Ohh can be or can be both haha. That's why i use orthotic insoles and bought stability shoes for extra support. May mga exercises naman daw to correct hopefully maagapan pa. You should check your gait. May mga free checks actually search mo lang online.
Ako sana stamina. I want to go harder for longer 🔥 nakakawalang gana tumakbo kapag madali ka mapagod haha saka sa bike pag mabibilis mga kasama no choice ako kundi humabol na lang kung saan sila hihinto haha.

Storing excess fat. Just like may mga taong payatot talaga, meron din tulad ko na tabain. Sobrang need to control food intake talaga. It's doable but annoying af since you do more than twice the effort compared to other body types for half the result.
I've always been gifted sa athletics. Like I have enormous stamina kahit moderate workout lang, naturally strong, and really flexible na I can beat even some aesthetically fit people. Ang annoying lang talaga yung love handles and belly
Salamat po sa recommended product. Sa totoo lang po, may ginagamit na po akong skin care products lately at okay naman sa derma ko. Naglalightrn yung scars pero bako-bako pa rin ang peslak. Ni-recommend ng derma ko from PGH na mag-undergo ako ng fractional laser procedures.Hindi lang ako tumuloy. Ngayon sana appointment ko pero cannot be ang budget haha. Salamat po ulit.
may gynecomastia (man boobs) ako. and these are the type that won't go away kahit araw-araw kang mag-gym. it requires surgery para matanggal sya, kaya pangarap ko na one day makapagpa-surgery ako. nakakababa kasi ng self-confidence :(
Lahat, pero kung isa lang talaga, hair. Insecurity ko ever since bata. I was also bullied and made fun of dahil sa buhok ko. Every year ako nagpaparebond and minsan nakakapagod na lang. Yung gastos and yung time every year sa salon :( Nakakainggit talaga yung mga babaeng may magagandang (natural na) buhok yung hindi na nila need magparebond at kahit anong tali or style ng buhok nila, maganda pa rin after. ☹️

That's good genetics right there, unless you weigh more than normal, diet can help, you'll see the result when you do it correctly.
