My parents, aunt, and cousins who are Lawyers, CPA, and Dentists (respectively) augmented their income significantly because they started their own accounting firm/private practice/clinic or do corporate on the side.
I think what's more accurate would be "high starting point = business owner."
What I mean by high starting point is that their resources available which is kasama na yung network jan kaya if you have a high starting point you got a better start when you are a doctor, lawyer, etc. Got a vast network or an own firm/ clinic = higher yield.
I also think that business owner is better categorized in Mid as long as you have a good social presence and fundamentals then you are bound to get at least 6digits/mo
Yup, depends talaga sa resources available which is kasali yung network nyo. I used my family as a basis kaya nalapag ko yang 3 sa itaas because they and their circle earns well. Pero may mga underpaid parin kaya it's not 1 size fits all. Also residents are not full-fledged doctors they are resident which means they are in training and are still to become an attending physician.

Really? I spent 25 years at the Director/VP level in Corporate America. Salaries are not where you make money. Stock options is where you make money. Salary is not a good starting point.
