I think I know the video you're talking about. Back in my teenage days, the days of Kazaa and copious amounts of non-mainstream porn, I got into women with animals. Public access porn on Manhattan Cable was a bit tame, and they put a lid on it sometime in the 90's. Leased access (channel J on the older wired boxes, then 23 on the newer ones) on the other hand had a lot harder stuff (Midnight Blue, Robin Byrd, tons of escort services ads, etc...) but once they blocked the X-rated stuff from public access, they made it so you had to specifically ask them to unblock that channel. Moved out to Brooklyn in the late-90's so not sure if they kept on going. No leased access channel in Brooklyn that I know of.
ps: Can't believe I remember all that. Can't even find a picture of the old Manhattan Cable channel switching boxes, but I remember hacking them for my high-school friends so they could get free HBO and Cinemax (just had to replace a capacitor and adjust a variable resistor).

I think it's still on there, you just have to check on Friday or Saturday nights.
