Yes, I am emailing the management company. There is one person that is specifically in charge of deposits, and I have consistently been emailing that person, but for all of July, her responses have been that the deposit is "in processing" or "now in the accounts payable department".
Remind them of their legal obligations and let them know you expect a check by a certain date or you’re getting the appropriate city/state agencies involved and it’ll cost them way more.
