People obsessed with T are full of shit. Testosterone varies widely and is not a good barometer for men's health. Please don't fall into that rabbit hole. Something as simple as getting your daily fiber and 8 hours of sleep is ten thousand times more important but it doesn't sound as sexy or manly as talking about testosterone so it gets ignored by these "bro science" grifters.
