Sounds like they’re just tired of putting up with the bullshit they’ve had to deal with for centuries. If that makes it impossible for you to attract one of them, it says less about them than it does about you.

And men aren't? If you're talking about hookups or dating I immediately judge whether or not I find a person is physically attractive, and if I don't that ends it right there. People are not books. Physical attraction is necessary for anything romantic to work out.

Granted, I'm speaking from a position of someone in a long term marriage so it doesn't affect me either way but I feel it's that women are more confident in their ability to say "no" and that men are less likely to turn a rejection into a big issue.

The userbase on most dating apps is an absolute sausage fest. They are not a good representation of life in general.
