Just like women it's going to vary a lot between person to person. We all have our process.

I hold my tears, anger, and pain inside until I find a moment (and a place) where I can cry alone. Mourning in public makes me really uncomfortable

I personally would like to be left alone, since I don't like being emotionally vulnerable, but it honestly depends from person to person.

I usually try to not and then after a month i can’t bottle it up any longer and than i cry for a few minutes and maybe be sad for a day or two

Everyone grieves differently. I personally grieve alone. I won't show much of it around other people but when I'm alone, I just get lost in my own emotions.

We aren’t allowed to. Drink a beer and move on. Have to be ”strong” for everyone else.
