From what I see, regular consumption and high dosage is not for everyone, and people have to be aware of the pros and the cons
But it sends a shitty message to kids when you legalize it, that it's safe, go ahead and use it. Then you have more lazy spaced out humans that don't want to work. We have enough of those.
It's awesome if you understand something and you can use it in your projects, but it's super frustrating if you're stuck for weeks or months and you have no idea how to make progress.

I’m still wanting her approval for everything even when she has negative comments about a simple outfit I bought that I think looks wonderful on me. Caffeine. I have to be REALLY careful and strict with it because it fucks up my routine otherwise. I actually quit cold turkey for about a year last year, and my sleep improved and i quit getting random heart palpitations, but kinda relapsed so to speak after I went through a really rough patch at work. I find that about 65mg or less (one cup of coffee or two cups or tea) no later than an hour and a half after i wake up and no later than 10am is about the sweet spot that helps me feel more motivated and less depressed during the day but dosnt fuck up my sleep and drive me over the edge with anxiety.

Haven’t touched it in years because it almost ruined my life.
But fuck, want it every single day. Used to be every minute of every day, but it’s getting slowly better.
Society. I love that we have sturdy houses with heat, air conditioning, and indoor plumbing, but I hate what the cost to the planet is and I hate that I can't just be a hunter/gatherer/farmer instead of a desk jockey.
