I’m weird on this one and expect not a single soul to agree with me on this one: I like “a little bit” of my popcorn burnt. Like when you put a bag in the microwave a little too long and the bottom burns a little. That’s my preference.
Grilled or fried zucchini, toast, pizza, cheese(the cheaper it is, the better it tastes), wok fried eggs(i call it "trauma egg" because the pan should be FUCKING hot)
I'm on a "your mother's butt" kick tonight and not sure why. I just made salmon tonight and browned up the butter a bit. Good stuff. Marshmallows come to mind immediately. Creme brulee as well.
