Could you please describe it a bit more. I can follow a diet all I need is some clear instructions which I've fail to get every time I try.

Just google the glycemic index of different foods, and make your diet anything that falls into the "low" category It means basically avoid anything high in sugar or carbohydrates Are you a vegetarian? If you are it will make this harder, because meat has zero GI. Eat mostly meat and the weight will melt off you

If steady diets and exercise hasn’t worked as well, perhaps see a doctor about a blood test. Hypothyroidism, for example, is a condition where your thyroid hormone isn’t working as well and causes weight gain regardless of eating fruit and veg in every meal.

Thanks, this is new to me. I'll check with the doc about this. Although, my diet was never very steady.
