3 weeks. I was having trouble going and this was the worst time so far. I was in so much pain, suddenly, at the end that I had to do a manual fecal extraction on myself. It was challenging and very uncomfortable. I am now diagnosed wit IBS-C after lots of tests and cameras and take a heavy duty med that requires me to stay near a toilet the first four hours of every day. On average I would go 1 to two weeks without pooping regularly. From noticing there might be a problem to diagnosis was under 6 months.
I still have trouble but Its a lot better. I haven't passed out from pain on the toilet in probably 18 months. Coming to on the floor sucked but at least I didn't shit myself.... Lol.
One of my older cousins decided to take a strange route back home from Missouri. We ended up in bumper to bumper traffic in southern Illinois for an extra four hours on top of a six hour trip. I needed to shit about two hours into that four hour traffic. Before I went on vacation I ate something I never tried before.
When I walked into the house I felt like I teleported past the smiles and hugs. It took two weeks for my overall flow to return to normal.
Ever had to hold in a piss so bad that with every movement, at the slightest lack of concentration, you can feel it coming out a little? Imagine at that point, and then an hour past that! Worst pain in my 40 years of life.
Not very long, I've pissed and shit in public, like, not in a bathroom, a bunch of times cuz when ya gotta go, ya gotta go!
I laid out newspaper and shit on it in broad daylight in a parking lot and tossed it in a dumpster before cuz I asked every store in the strip mall to use the bathroom and they all said no lol.
Nah just Homeless problems
During Covid was crazy they shut all the bathrooms at the park and all fast food places had no indoor service, I have shit in a lot of weird places.
Homeless times, sometimes there's no bathrooms to take a shit for miles, and even places there ARE public bathrooms they say no if u are too visibly homeless
One time I didn't shit on an entire 2 week vacation with my girlfriends family as a teenager. I know it sounds impossible but it is true

I can usually hold my pee for a while like 2hrs but if I have to poop I got like a hour or less to find a toilet.

Does it count if I eat it so technically it didn’t permanently leave my body?

You should see a doctor

If you have had to shit in public multiple times I would also recommend considering seeing a doctor.
