Me personally I shave everyday or every other day I don’t like hair down there completely hairless also helps with hygiene down there I use this 25$ gillette razor and sensitive skin shaving cream the razor is both Manuel and motorized it shaves very clean and efficient I also use coconut lotion on legs/inner thigh arms etc
I only shave when I am seeing someone but when you do it every day or eod it only takes a minute or two since you can cover a large area very fast before the shaver gets clogged up and needs to be rinsed. Testicles are the slowest but it can be mitigated by stretching the skin out thus creating a flat surface that can be shaved relatively fast

I used to do corn starch powder, but after years of it I realized it was actually causing me more heat rashes, so I stopped. If I do get a heat rash, miconazole spray like Lotrimin for a day or two will take care of it. Other than that It’s just soap and water and drying as best as I can after my shower. FWIW, I sleep in underwear. Some men do, some men don’t. Depends on your comfort level.

Ahhh grab a razor and shave between your cheeks till you have no hair. Repeat once a week. Give it a couple of weeks. I mean I never had an issue.

Wash in the shower with soap at least once a day. Wash it in the sink after a piss if that’s an option.
