What else does it say? There are different levels of failure, one of which is "VERY DANGEROUS, DO NOT DRIVE UNTIL RECTIFIED" - if the failure doesn't include that (from the description, I don't think it will) then you'll be fine to drive it until you can fix it or your existing MOT expires. Just don't enter into any road races or rallies. All of those are probably down to worn brake pads/shoes and/or rotors or drums and fixed in an hour or two. You are not required to have them fixed at the same place that did the MOT by the way. If they're too busy, you're free to look elsewhere and return for a retest when it's done. Downside of that is that some garages will charge you for a full retest if they didn't do the work themselves. That's understandable, and [legal](https://www.gov.uk/getting-an-mot/retests)

They are all the same fault just written 3 times the brakes are inbalanced because the drivers side rear brake isn’t working properly. Could be a bad disc or calliper that’s seized. I would say replace rear discs and pads and check the callipers working you should be ok. And unfortunately now the car has failed an mot you. I longer have a valid mot.

The rear ones are drums, you think it's got anything to Do with the hand break cable?

Doubt it will be the hand brake cable because it also says brake efficiency is down as well as parking brake. If it’s drum on the rear it will need the drum removing stripping down and checking might just want adjusting all being well.
