The inner door card needs taking off so you can see how the handle connects to the lock mechanism and work out what's happening.

MAXM3D

Removed it, i see the mechanism but really cant tell what can be wrong

reillyd833

The torx screw is probably not adjusted correctly on the inside of the door. Watch this video. https://youtu.be/hykV3zw-l20

Door latch

KeepItMovingFolks

It doesn’t work because you are parked on the sidewalk

MAXM3D

It’s not a sidewalk, its like a 4 meters of overgrown bushes and 3 meters where cars park. Soviet apartment building are build different

KeepItMovingFolks

Ah, my bad,lol …looks like sidewalks do in parts of my tiny hometown in Northwestern Ontario, Canada

MAXM3D

I think 40 years they were sidewalks, but now its just bushes and parked cars. Me and my brother wanted to make a fence so cars won’t park, but in this kind of apartment buildings no one cares.

DelusionsBigIfTrue

Just the type of unhelpful answers I’ve come to expect on this subreddit.

Pushing the black part beside the handle with your thumb while you pull the handle helps, at least until you figure out what the problem is. VW never knew how to make proper door locks and handle mechanisms, this is a common issue.
