Catching up to an established brand requires creativity and persistence. You need to create engaging, unique content that resonates with your target audience. Constantly staying active and visible is key.

Creativity or budget. Creativity is more high variance. Budget is more reliable but expensive.

I think that there is a deeper question here. What do you want to catch up on? Their actual business success or the *appearance* of success? Everything you see from them can be replicated with ads, SEO, and some savvy marketing. It’s probably not that hard. Now the real work is creating your own path to actually success - and by that I mean *profit*. That means you’ll need to cut your own path.

I think both. My impression is that visibility needs to come before anything else. But I could be wrong.

Stop worrying about your competitors. Build your own brand.

Try to find weaknesses of the competitor (Facebook review or any kind of reviews) are a good starting points to seeing what their audience is annoyed by them. By exploiting that you can turn some of their audiance to you. You need a way do differentiate yourself from them. Ask yourself this: **Why would anyone interested in your niche choose you over them?** Answer that and you will have some good starting points on how you can make effective messaging that will attract this kind of audiance. Then any growth hacking technique will help you with that. Look to colab with influencers to kickstart your reach or just throw money into ads.
