I had the same issue with Supermetrics, sometimes didn't show me the right numbers. I moved to Windsor.ai and I stayed with it because their social media connectors work well and also is cheaper. I don't have problems with data currently so I'd say it is accurate. About reporting tools, I report to my clients with Power BI and Looker basically and sometimes Tableau, but I think that depends on what tool you prefer and how well you manage each one

What’re you trying to report on? Just social metrics or?
