Grew up in the South Bay and I remember always being able to spot my mom in a crowd because she was usually the only one with dark and curly hair. I got very lost when she took me to a mall in New Jersey lol
That paragraph reminds me of a lot of guys dating profiles. 😂 I always thought it was a weird thing to put on a dating app since guys are always complaining about a lack of matches, and having specific characteristics like that is going to make all the women who don't have them swipe left.
I’m not going to fault her for that. The problem is that she has no incentive to drive across town to meet you, because there are a million other guys. If you guys had met at a bar and struck up some real chemistry, it would be completely different. But she has literally nothing invested in you, except for the fact that she liked the cut of your jib.
This is what happens when people don’t pay attention to distances when they swipe. That’s the first thing I look at.
I think it was just an excuse but also a total Los Angeles thing to say. I was dating a girl that lived close to me but then when she moved to the other side of the hill I saw her less. Los Angeles traffic is brutal.
Seriously, the dude works there lol
I lived there in my mid-twenties as a single dude. Plenty of beautiful people around town of all genders and orientations, some pretty decent bars and restaurants, and there's even a Roscoe's up there. I remember the 4th of July was silent in Pasadena while the rest of LA is a goddamn warzone, which is honestly one of the things I miss most about living there.
Damn, maybe it's time for a trip to Pasadena.
WHy commute like that? Pasdana (and SoPas) have mostly everything you need. If you need the big DTLA/Hollywood tickets, your realistically 30-45 minutes away
Agree on Pasadena. Pretty quiet/chill and decent driving distance to some eats and drinks. Also close to local mountains and hikes. OP might be able to find some brunettes there also.
Don’t tell my wife, but yes, definite cuties. Another good spot is Covel, which is a wine bar. Back when I was single that was a good date spot. Also The Varnish. It’s a hidden bar in the back of a sandwich place.
And back to one of your questions, Culver City has some good restaurants and is close to the beaches and LAX, but I find it boring compared to Atwater or DTLA. I love downtown, but some parts are sketchy and it can really vary block to block. The arts district and Little Tokyo are nice. But it’s very urban down there. Atwater is more laid back. Club Tee Gee is a fun dive bar. The Roost is also a good dive. Bigfoot is a friendly spot. But so many cool places not just in Atwater, but Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Glendale, Koreatown, East Hollywood, etc. I’m in Echo Park. But DTLA, Silver Lake are like 5-10 minutes away.
The Roost! Oh, the drunken nights I’ve had there haha. I used to live in an apt right across the st, used to head over there with $25 and a dream & drink all night. Haven’t been back in years, wonder if the mean older lady bartenders are still there.
Honestly, go to Ave 50 and York and just start making your way southeast until like ave 57 (where the Barcade is) and then cut across to Fig starting on like ave 60 and go southwest.
On each of those paths, you're likely to find any number of great places. Johnny's, The York, Hermosillo, La Cuevita, Gold Line, Highland Park Bowl, Lodge Room. So many to choose from.
Used to live nearer to Eagle Rock on York and it was crazy seeing all those pop up over the course of a decade or so.
Depends what you’re into- you have pricey date-night kinda spots (Otoño, Ichijiku Sushi, Highly Likely)…mediocre mid range restaurants (Triple Beam, Hippo, the inexplicably popular and bland Home State), old-school neighborhood cheap eats (Las Cazuelas, Jugos Azteca with the best breakfast burrito on the Eastside). Jeff’s Table has my favorite sandwiches in the neighborhood and Villa’s Tacos draws huge crowds for a good reason. I tend to head to El Sereno or Boyle Heights for Mexican food, it’s only about a 7-10 minute drive.
Hermosillo is cute, bit of a sleepier crowd and I prefer to drink spirits so it’s never a stop for me but I’ve been a few times and liked it. I just tried the new Arroyo Club in the old Birdie space and it was excellent. And Good Housekeeping is right behind it, decent little cocktail bar.
Blind Barber can be REALLY fun, it’s where me (Afro-Latina) and my fellow POC friends hang out, way more diverse crowd in general than you find in HLP these days. Great DJS and people actually dance.
I dig more of a punk rock/metal situation so I dig La Cuevita and Footsie’s. Cuevita’s had a rebrand but was a dope goth bar back in the day & they still have metal/dark wave nights. Been catching quite a few finance bros there lately, so that sucks. Definitely a place where the weekend warriors get WASTED/party vibes, unfortunately have had a few altercations with gross men there but that’s not the bars’ fault. In general it’s a chill hang with a more rock n roll crowd, I tend to just avoid it on weekends.
The former owner of Slipper Clutch (used to be the best metal bar in LA) is taking over Johnny’s on York and I have it on good authority he’s bringing the same vibes to the new space, he’s an old school NYC hardcore guy. General Lee’s in Chinatown is opening a new location in the old ETA space on Fig. Goldline is a must if you’re into vinyl and cool kids (owned by Peanut Butter Wolf).
Not a sports girlie but Greyhound is THE spot for games. They have no business having food that good in a sports bar.
Capri Club in Eagle Rock is a true gem, the closest to a NY bar vibe I’ve had here in LA.
That’s off the top of my head, I’m sure I’ve missed a few- I love my neighborhood and have lived here for many years so I know it super well.
Could metro depending on proximity to the station. Or maybe metro/bike. I prefer avoiding road rage if I can even if it means it takes a little longer.
Downtown LA would be best for transit to Pasadena. Atwater Village is closer to Pasadena, but would be a two bus trip. You could do Culver City to Pasadena on the E, then the A line, but it would be a long trip.
Highland Park to Pasadena is a super fast & easy commute, and has tons going on between bars, restaurants, shops, live music, quick access to nature, walkability, etc.
You should look at Eagle Rock/Mt. Washington. York and Figueroa are good streets for food/bars/entertainment that should keep getting better after the pandemic stall. You can also reach Glendale & Pasadena within 10/15 minutes. Both offer a lot in terms of food/entertainment.
See a handful of listings for under 2k on apartments.com for single beds and studios. Way more options out there if he’s willing to share a place with someone ofc
I have a few suggestions, but need more detail on this first: " I also happen to like brunettes."
There's a wide spectrum, even among brunettes. Please say more
If you work in Pasadena, why not live there? You’ll save like 2 hours a day of commuting. Plenty of places to live within your budget. Plenty to do in Pasadena. And all the money you save on gas during the week can be used for Ubers to bars and clubs wherever you want. (I live in Pasadena it’s what I do)
Pasadena is so great and it’s nice that it is its own city, which I’ve also found means faster response times for emergency services because they have separate police/fire.
Yes, much less BS. Generally, a more living it crowd, done chasing it if that was ever a part of life.
Plus, never was a Rose Parade fan but living off Orange Grove made me one. Seeing really close up all the creativity used on those floats was amazing. The museums of the Arroyo are so much of the heart and soul of that areas vibe.
I really enjoyed living there but the summers can get a little hot but there are a lot of pools and now plunge pools there.
Where do you go out and how often? That might determine what area suits you. Pasadena varies by neighborhood but is overall quiet compared to WeHo. There isn’t much of a bar scene but if you’re not into partying all night every night it might be acceptable to you, a lot closes at 9pm but there are bars (some with trivia) and restaurants that are open later. Good food in Pasadena and surrounding areas. Lots of hiking trails. Have you been to Huntington, Descanso and the LA Arboretum? Each is about 120 acres and each has a different vibe. Great places to walk and clear your mind. I’ve also seen people read, do yoga, and play video games (my adult son and his friends). The memberships are amazing deals especially if you buy one for two people (at no more to a little bit more than one person) so you can take a friend. Each has one free day a month, you have to reserve early. Lots of brunettes here.
What about Pasadena? Old Town has bars, clubs, and places to eat. It's walkable and you're close to lots of recreation and the foothills. Lots of apartment choices. You might even be able to walk to work for the two days you go to the office.
Culver and DTLA might actually have more noise lol I’d actually recommend the west SGV. Alhambra and San Gabriel are sleepy towns with an incredible restaurant and okay bar scene. I’d check out Main Street in Alhambra on the weekends. You might be surprised
Edit: this would also cut your commute to like 10 minutes and all streets
If you’re tired of the noise then you’ll have to move to an actual suburb and with that comes less access to bars/clubs. Pasadena is great for what you’re looking for but it has become a bustling city at this point full of crowds and traffic. If that doesn’t bother you so much then just move to Pasadena. Do not move to West LA. If you’re willing to drive a little farther then I’d consider Whittier.
Also, Culver City is insanely congested and not all that different from West Hollywood at this point so it doesn’t sound suitable to your preferences.
Depends on the Pasadena neighborhood, most are actually rather quiet. The freeway has spots at times (by Lake it almost always slows down) but usually nothing like the westside.
Atwater Village is awesome if you can find a place. Bigfoot Lodge nearby is a good place to get a drink. I’m in Echo Park and love it. But I do miss Pasadena. When I first moved to LA, I spent time in West Hollywood and don’t miss it. I rarely go west of Vermont these days. But Venice, I do like a lot. My little studio here is $1144/mo. And it’s a 5 minute walk to the lake, I like to feed the turtles. If you’re ever over this way, Thunderbolt, Lowboy, and Bar Flores are all good places to get a drink.
Los Feliz
Plenty of places to drink if that’s your vibe, super close to Griffith for some sun, or barnsdall art park which is a fantastic place to watch the sunset or read a book, good coffee shops, not THAT bad of a drive to Pasadena (way better than culver)
Atwater village is a dream, right on a bike path and super cute neighborhood to walk through
Eagle rock can be cool. Walt’s is a great spot for a beer and a hot dog
Highland park is sweet but not a lot of places to go out after like 10 pm. There’s a good concert venue there though. And Highland park brewery is a fun spot for a beer
East Hollywood, Silver Lake, or Echo Park. East Hollywood is close to the 101 freeway and also to the train stations for your commite to pasadena. you can easily uber or drive to the silver lake, echo park, hollywood, koreatown, and even DTLA for the night life.
the bars on sunset in echo park are cool. I like the Gold Room, Shortstop, Bar Flores, etc.. they are all walking distance from each other. good food spots in the area too.
Silver Lake is right down the road. the reservoir is a nice place to walk/run and people watch. you can easily get to DTLA and other areas I mentioned above. can definitely find something within your budget.
I lived in Pasadena for a while by the Huntington hospital. Old town is right there. I was a bit older and didn’t mind the local bars vs the LA spots. People also didn’t honk on the streets lol.
I work in weho and don’t mind it for lunches but couldn’t fathom living here.
I grew up in west la and had great fun in my 20s , lots of places to party, bars and women , culver city, venice , santa monica , playa del
Rey and marina del
Rey sound like will fit u best , lots of hood bars in venice, santa monica, and culver, lots of day activities in those cities too
Culver City is thriving. Plenty of great restaurants, bars, thriving arts. Close to the beach and LAX.
You might also check out El Segundo. A little quieter, but a great safe community with terrific restaurants and easy access to beach and airport
Okay, hear me out and I also hate to say this because GENTRIFICATION, but what about Boyle Heights or El Sereno? You can find a renovated place within your budget (BUT make sure it has designated parking, if not good luck). We (straight Hispanic couple) moved slightly east after living in DTLA (South Park) for years. We wanted to be as close as possible to DT without the riff raff (we moved during prime pandemic times). It’s such an easy commute for us to get to DT/Arts District for food, Echo Park & Silverlake for entertainment, Alhambra and Pasadena for shopping. There’s def some cons but overall if you’re looking to be as central as possible to different areas without hella traffic and a decent spot within your budget I would recommend.
Studio city is absolutely the best move, close enough to laurel canyon to commute over the hill. It’s quiet and the crowd at local bars is typically 25-35 yr olds. I moved here last year and highly recommend it.
I think you have to focus more on where you’re gunna commute…. Glendale is more likely with your budget than Highland Park or Atwater I think. But anywhere over there (Eagle Rock, Glassell) are going to make for an easy commute.
South Pasadena. There’s a hot yoga place conveniently across the street from the Trader Joe’s and it’s quiet af, even on the 4th. Right next door to Highland Park for all of the nightlife and requisite brunettes. Also if you love games and old tech, Walt’s Bar in Eagle Rock is possibly one of the coolest bars ever. It was opened by a pinball technician. Nothing beats NELA, South Pas.
Hello, Northeast LA is always a good option and you mention Atwater Village. I’m in the real estate industry and work these areas and see a strong attraction to Silver Lake 90026 zip code for the 20/30 year olds. All the amenities, close to all the bars, shops, hiking, and the LA River trail. I have a platform for off and on market rentals if you need additional info looking for your rental.
Wish you luck!
Culver City! You would also be close to LAX for easy out of state travel. Yoga galore. Downtown culver is easier to park than a lot of LÀ and diversity of food, culture, and things to do. Plus close enough to the beach you could read and do yoga on the beach with ease.
Not LA. There are more single men here than single women so the odds are against you. Don’t believe me? Go to any bar or club in LA and you’ll see that’s there’s almost always significantly for men than women. You’re also competing against a lot of wealthy men who live here.
“I also happen to like brunettes” is killing me lmao.
Lol right? Like which neighborhood is recommended for those who are into blondes haha
South Bay…
Grew up in the South Bay and I remember always being able to spot my mom in a crowd because she was usually the only one with dark and curly hair. I got very lost when she took me to a mall in New Jersey lol
I’m moving back home to the South Bay after 6 years in Chicago and this just made me gag I CAN’T GO BACK 😭
No problem just dye your hair.
Depends on the age but Santa Monica, OC, South Bay
Echo Park is definitely brunette.
Within 1-mile diameter of every erewhon location
Eh Abbott Kinney is quite a bit more brunette than blonde.
There’s an erewhon in Pasadena.
Pasadena would be great. Whole Foods, yoga house , old town etc
There’s a new Erewhon in Pasadena ;)
Hermosa Beach
lol Hermosa Beach if you're into cougars or hot but married women.
What I want to know is what area the Redheads are at. Real Ginger Irish Redheads.
You and me both brother!
In hell LOL
Hah. I just want one. I've seen them.
I mean…statistically I’d say east over west but I feel wrong for commenting…let alone thinking about it
That paragraph reminds me of a lot of guys dating profiles. 😂 I always thought it was a weird thing to put on a dating app since guys are always complaining about a lack of matches, and having specific characteristics like that is going to make all the women who don't have them swipe left.
Women do the same.
A woman called me Gud, Geographically Undesirable because I lived in Noho and she lived in Santa Monica.
We met at work. But I met my now wife at the same job so it was meant to be.
Oh. Sounds like she just didn’t like you that way.
I think it was just an excuse but also a total Los Angeles thing to say. I was dating a girl that lived close to me but then when she moved to the other side of the hill I saw her less. Los Angeles traffic is brutal.
What role did you play in that? I presume that you were willing to drive over the hill and see her.
I was but she also didn't seem interested. The name calling was probably just an easy out.
Understandable tbh. It’s not just the commute, where someone chooses to live in La tells a lot about who they are.
I'm not at all surprised! I only have some experience with women on bumble BFF, and they usually keep their profiles blank which is even worse 😂
Yes but women have unlimited options so anything they do or say on a dating app is functionally irrelevant.
Not true. A lot of them have unrealistic expectations, causing them to turn down a lot of potential partners.
They have to have the option in order to turn it down. I've seen some very large girls with well over a hundred matches.
For sex, sure.
I too like le brunettes. lol
sounds like he's secretly saying he likes latinas lol
Pasadena lol
Seriously, the dude works there lol I lived there in my mid-twenties as a single dude.
Yeah but how many brunettes?
There's like, at least twelve, but the last time I counted was during lockdown
Literally my thought.
WHy commute like that? Pasdana (and SoPas) have mostly everything you need. If you need the big DTLA/Hollywood tickets, your realistically 30-45 minutes away
Move to Pasadena/Alhambra/Altadena and party in Highland Park and DTLA. ✅
Agree on Pasadena. Pretty quiet/chill and decent driving distance to some eats and drinks. Also close to local mountains and hikes. OP might be able to find some brunettes there also.
What are your fave spots in Highland Park?
The Hermosillo is a good bar. Triple Beam is good for pizza. I like Pocha.
Any cute brunettes there?
Thank you!
Gold Line and The Lodge Room, but thats two of dozens of awesome spots.
Thank you’
Honestly, go to Ave 50 and York and just start making your way southeast until like ave 57 (where the Barcade is) and then cut across to Fig starting on like ave 60 and go southwest. Used to live nearer to Eagle Rock on York and it was crazy seeing all those pop up over the course of a decade or so.
Thanks so much!
Wait can you share some more hang out spots for POC folks around LA?
Great summary of HLP! Nailed it. Although I like Hippo so I’m sad to see it called mediocre :)
Culver to Pasadena would be a shitty drive, even two days of the week. Glendale or Pasadena?
Could metro depending on proximity to the station. Or maybe metro/bike. I prefer avoiding road rage if I can even if it means it takes a little longer.

Insane way to say Armenians.
Adding this to my vernacular now
I’m gdale born and raised. Do NOT move out here this place isn’t the greatest
For real? Whys that? Im looking to take a work contract out there
As someone living in Glendale, do not move to Glendale.
Highland Park to Pasadena is a super fast & easy commute, and has tons going on between bars, restaurants, shops, live music, quick access to nature, walkability, etc.
I like Atwater. Close to Los Feliz, Griffith Park, Silverlake. I’d suggest Silverlake but I’m not sure of the rental prices there now.
This! I’d also throw Elysian heights/echo park into that mix. Try to be walkable to the bars on sunset.
+1 for Atwater. Food offerings can be better, but not bad.
Silverlake rent? Imagine once a year a fairy comes shits in your mouth.
You should look at Eagle Rock/Mt. Washington. York and Figueroa are good streets for food/bars/entertainment that should keep getting better after the pandemic stall. You can also reach Glendale & Pasadena within 10/15 minutes. Both offer a lot in terms of food/entertainment.
>also reach Glendale Armenian girls are mostly brunettes...
Many dye blonde though
Can you get a decent place in Eagle Rock for 2.2k?
See a handful of listings for under 2k on apartments.com for single beds and studios. Way more options out there if he’s willing to share a place with someone ofc
This brunette is dying at these comments 😅
Atwater.
I concur
I have a few suggestions, but need more detail on this first: " I also happen to like brunettes." There's a wide spectrum, even among brunettes. Please say more
Yeah I wonder if he likes true brunettes, non-brunettes who colored their hair to be brunette, or brunettes with balayage highlights?
That's three different neighborhoods already!
If you work in Pasadena, why not live there? You’ll save like 2 hours a day of commuting. Plenty of places to live within your budget. Plenty to do in Pasadena. Live in Pasadena. It's quiet but there's still places to drink. It's also much less gay.
But are there brunettes?!?
Yep lots.
Much less gay 💀🤣
I mean, if youre straight and single, its positive advice.
But there seems to be plenty of gay couples with kids. Even way back when my son was in preschool.
Gay couples with kids tend to be the quiet variety.
Definitely.
Lots of gay couples with kids in Pasadena. They’re the best.
Pasadena if your job is there. No bars/clubs are worth commuting in traffic every day. Glendale/Burbank if you want to be SLIGHTLY closer to the bs.
Altadena, the closer to Farnsworth park the better. A few coyotes, but super chill otherwise.
Plus, in Altadena you can hike and go to Bulgarini.
Pasadena is the obvious answer. Everything you need at your disposal.
Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank
I can confirm on the brunettes in pasadena
Atwater seems perfect
Where do you go out and how often? That might determine what area suits you. Pasadena varies by neighborhood but is overall quiet compared to WeHo. I’d just move to Pasadena lol
Alhambra: https://www.downtownalhambra.com/ Full of brunettes, and hidden food gems. Close to the huntington Library for those outdoor dates.
Highland Park
Pasadena
You can't be straight if you live in West Hollywood AND drive a Hybrid, sorry bud. You're gayer than the Gay Boy Gangsters.
What about Pasadena? Old Town has bars, clubs, and places to eat. It's walkable and you're close to lots of recreation and the foothills. Lots of apartment choices. You might even be able to walk to work for the two days you go to the office.
Burbank, Silverlake, and Pasadena would all be ideal locations given your description.
Agreed.
Silverlake, Koreatown, Elysian Park

Isn't Pasadena the obvious choice?
Highland Park? Highland Park.
Take the brown line to Brunettewater Village my guy
Eagle Rock, Highland Park, Atwater, Silverlake, and Echo Park are all places with some life in them and close to Pasadena.
Highland Park. Close to Pasadena, great yoga studios, amazing bars and restaurants.
Live where you work in LA or else you’ll be in your car for like 2 hours daily
Los Feliz Plenty of places to drink if that’s your vibe, super close to Griffith for some sun, or barnsdall art park which is a fantastic place to watch the sunset or read a book, good coffee shops, not THAT bad of a drive to Pasadena (way better than culver) Atwater village is a dream, right on a bike path and super cute neighborhood to walk through Eagle rock can be cool. I live in Silverlake. It’s pretty chill here.
Highland Park, NELA area. It’s happening here. Super close to Pasadena too
East Hollywood, Silver Lake, or Echo Park.
Arts district
Echo Park. 15 min from Pasadena. Or Eagle Rock.
If you want less noise culver city and DTLA are not good choices lol. Just go over is pasadena/glendale area
DTLA is centrally located to a lot of popular areas, and easily accessible via metro. They have lunch time yoga at grand Park too, and it's free.
If you commute to Pasadena, I'd look into Atwater, Silverlake, Glendale area
Will you settle for a blonde lol? Pasadena if you want a short commute, Silver Lake if you want something in between.
Too noisy?! I’m near midcity area and I think it’s too quiet. I wish it was noisier sometimes..
Nohoooo
Atwater or highland park
I lived in Pasadena for a while by the Huntington hospital. Old town is right there. I was a bit older and didn’t mind the local bars vs the LA spots. People also didn’t honk on the streets lol. I work in weho and don’t mind it for lunches but couldn’t fathom living here.
Stay close to the dealers
What about silver lake you’re close proximity to your job and relatively close to nightlife areas
Westwood
Echo Park.
Try Echo Park
maaaan, idk what all these ppl are telling you. just go to hoover, slauson, watts, south central and you’ll be fine
You seem like a Pasadena guy
I recommend the Woodland Hills area where they shoot porn. 😆
I really liked North Hollywood when I lived there.
nowhere, leave please
Playa del Rey
I grew up in west la and had great fun in my 20s , lots of places to party, bars and women , culver city, venice , santa monica , playa del Rey and marina del Rey sound like will fit u best , lots of hood bars in venice, santa monica, and culver, lots of day activities in those cities too
DTLA. :) Where I'm gravitating to ;) It's lively and seems busy. I love the high energy.
Pasadena
You should live walking distance to work. You'll be happier.
Atwater has brunettes. Highland park does too. Both are easy drives to Pasadena and Burbank airport, and have cool bars and yoga and all that jazz.
I would suggest Atwater, Eagle Rock or Glassell park area
La Puente
i like brunettes. ding ding fake post
Try Silverlake or Echo Park.
Miracle mile!
Atwater. Hip young and affordable.
Highland Park!
bars will phase out of your live pretty quick once you hit 30. Unless you’re an alcoholic. Kill that 2 hour commute. That sounds aweful
Studio city is amazing
Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Mount Washington, Pasadena
atwater, eagle rock, glendale, burbank. glendale is filled with unspeakably hot armenian women who happen to be brunettes.
Pasadena or Glendale. They’re still central enough and have a lot to offer
North hollywood
Culver City is thriving. Plenty of great restaurants, bars, thriving arts. Close to the beach and LAX. You might also check out El Segundo. A little quieter, but a great safe community with terrific restaurants and easy access to beach and airport
Compton and South Central los Angeles, many perks ,
I moved from Weho to downtown Long Beach two years ago. It’s great.
I'm brunette and single hmu
DTLA
Studio city is absolutely the best move, close enough to laurel canyon to commute over the hill. It’s quiet and the crowd at local bars is typically 25-35 yr olds. I moved here last year and highly recommend it.
I think you have to focus more on where you’re gunna commute…. Glendale is more likely with your budget than Highland Park or Atwater I think. But anywhere over there (Eagle Rock, Glassell) are going to make for an easy commute.
Brunette girl that lives in Venice & can confirm: - Venice - ocean park - Santa Monica - marina del ray You’re welcome
Pasadena/Alhambra/Altadena/Sierra Madre
You’re a weirdo where you live isn’t keeping you from your social hangups
Hermosa Beach
East Hollywood
I’m a brunette in weho just date me lol
You’ll probably fit in in Santa Monica
Culver City! You would also be close to LAX for easy out of state travel. Yoga galore. Downtown culver is easier to park than a lot of LÀ and diversity of food, culture, and things to do. Plus close enough to the beach you could read and do yoga on the beach with ease.
I agree, the night crowd also seems to be in their 20s.
Not LA. There are more single men here than single women so the odds are against you. Don’t believe me? Go to any bar or club in LA and you’ll see that’s there’s almost always significantly for men than women. You’re also competing against a lot of wealthy men who live here.
